Get Involved in Florida's 4-H Centennial Celebration
Florida 4-H will be celebrating 100 years in 2009! 4-H started out with “Tomato Girls” canning clubs and “Corn Boys” clubs growing corn. We would like to know what the first clubs in Baker County were like? What has 4-H accomplished in Baker County over the years? Would you like to share your 4-H Story?
Please help us record the history of Baker County 4-H by sending any information or photos to Renee’ L. Gore, Baker County 4-H Agent, 1025 West Macclenny Avenue, Macclenny, FL or call 904-259-3520, or through email jrgore@ufl.edu
We will be organizing events in 2009 to celebrate the centennial. If you are a 4-H Alumni or former 4-H leader please take a moment to sign up your contact information below so we can keep you informed of upcoming events to honor you and celebrate the 2009 Centennial.
